Friday, December 30, 2011 at 7:22AM I have been visiting the East coast for the holidays, but before I left, my studio received some exciting new additions. First, I finally went out and got what I consider to be one of the most lethal vocal recording combos around. The Neumann U87 mic and the Avalon 737 pre! I am stoked to put this new gear into action once I get back.
On top of that, I received some great new art (courtesy of my roommates) that I have hung in my main hallway. Check out the pics below!
Monday, December 5, 2011 at 9:35PM Yes, it has been a while since I have posted an update here. I have had a busy last couple of months. As things keep on picking up in Studio A, I am approaching the end of a couple of projects I started in early November. Some really good music has been coming through my studio recently, and I am excited to share the talents with you. In due time, stay tuned, the examples will be coming shortly!
As always, have been working hard on new instrumentals. Have a whole grip of new beats on the way (to the tune of 16-20). Some of the licenses have been spoken for, but those that are not will go right to portfolio. Once they are up, rest assured I will post a link to them here.
I am excited at the progress my studio has shown as of late, and hope it continues. Thanks to everyone for all the support!!

Monday, November 7, 2011 at 7:35PM Had a great time this past Sunday at my latest promo show at the Wine Lover in Hillcrest. Big thanks to all the acts, The Wine Lover Staff and my good friend Nick Z. The weather was less than desirable, but plenty of folks showed up, and I bet they are glad they did! Chad Cavanaugh, Rob Deez and Tim Mudd all rocked it, and it was all around good times.
Back to work in the Studio this week. Got another hefty amount of instrumentals on my plate. Also, my buddy Dorian Tucker will be in Studio A this Friday to lay down two songs for his new musical project.
