Dfab Studios, at the moment, is a small recording/mixing operation that is run in a transformed garage space behind my house in san diego.  I started to get into music at the age of 15, performing as a dj at house parties in New Hampshire.  After leaving the Military Service, I went to school at the Art Institute of New England, majoring in Audio Production and attaining my Associates Degree.  From there, I worked for about half a year at the well-known audio software/hardware company MOTU in Cambridge.  I then moved to San Diego and started setting up  my studio, which has continued to grow over the last 4 years and will continue to enhance in the future.  So stay tuned for updates !!

As well as running the studio, I also play in a band around local San Diego called The Predicates. Since I have joined this band, two cd's have been recorded and released from my studio - Wicked Smart and Words Teeth Sleep.  I am still heavily into making my own electronic beats and djing, and am persuing live performance opportunities under my solo name D-Fab.  I have put out two full length albums of my own called A Dangerous Drop and Shake this Alibi.
